Susanna Pandakasala

Susanna Pandakasala began their work experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra in August 2013. Susanna held this role until December 2015. Following this, they worked at Allscripts, starting as an Associate Technical Support Consultant in December 2015 and was promoted to a Technical Support Consultant in January 2017. Susanna then became a Senior Technical Support Consultant in June 2018, before leaving the company in March 2019. In December 2019, Susanna joined Netsoft Ltd as an Application Support Analyst and worked there until August 2022. Currently, they are a Technical Business Analyst at Orion Health starting in August 2022.

Susanna Pandakasala attended Wilson College Chowpatty Mumbai 400 007 from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In March 2019, they acquired a certification in HL7 V2.8 Chapter 2, 2A, 2B: Control Specialist from HL7 Healthcare Standard Institute.
