Thomas Slagerman

Tommy Slagerman, MPH, currently serves as a Senior Case Manager at Thomas Allen, Inc. since September 2022, where responsibilities include conducting assessments, reviewing care plans, and coordinating services with individuals served and the interdisciplinary team. Concurrently, since June 2016, Tommy has worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Orion ISO, providing care to developmentally and physically challenged clients. Previous experience includes an internship at The Arc Minnesota, supporting advocacy efforts, and a role as an Office Assistant at Fleet Services UMN. Tommy holds a Master of Public Health in Public Health Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
