John David Hrncirik

John David Hrncirik is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in training and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Engagement at Orion Lending since May 2018, John has previously held leadership roles at Pacific Union Financial, including Vice President of Learning & Development and Senior Training Facilitator. At the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, John worked as Regional Training Director, overseeing employee development across multiple branches and camps, and contributing to leadership training initiatives in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. John began the career in education as a Training Coordinator for Houston ISD and has earned both a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
