Paul C. Hughes

Paul Hughes serves as the General Counsel and Secretary at Orion Office REIT since November 2021, bringing extensive legal experience from prominent roles such as General Counsel and Secretary at Hospitality Investors Trust, and Senior Vice President and Counsel at American Realty Capital. Prior to these positions, Paul held the General Counsel title at CapLease, Inc., and worked as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP and Parker Chapin LLP. Paul began a career in accounting as a Tax Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Lehigh University.
