Paul McDowell

Paul McDowell is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Orion Office REIT. Prior to their current role, McDowell held the position of Chief Operating Officer at VEREIT, Inc. from November 2013 to November 2021. Paul also served as the CEO at CapLease, Inc. for almost two decades. McDowell obtained their Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tulane University.
