Clare Mulley is an accomplished author and historian, currently under contract with Weidenfeld & Nicolson for the upcoming book 'Agent Zo, Woman on a Mission' since June 2021. Previously, Mulley served as a biographer at Macmillan from 2011 to June 2021, authoring notable works such as 'The Women Who Flew for Hitler' (2017) and 'The Spy Who Loved', a biography of Christine Granville, Britain’s first female special agent during WWII (2012). Earlier career achievements include winning The Daily Mail Biographers' Club Prize for 'The Woman Who Saved the Children' (2007), and roles in fundraising management at Save the Children and Sight Savers International. Clare Mulley holds an MA in Social & Cultural History from the University of London and a BSc in Social and Political Studies from The University of Sheffield.
