Leodora Darlington

Leodora Darlington is an accomplished Publishing Director at Orion Publishing Group since July 2022 and the founder of Owned Voices since December 2018, dedicated to nurturing under-represented writers through curated workshops. Previous experience includes roles as an Editor at Amazon, Commissioning Editor at Canelo Digital Publishing, and Publishing Executive at Bookouture, where Leodora contributed to the success of chart-topping and best-selling commercial fiction. Leodora began a career in publishing as a Publishing Assistant, facilitating eBook and print-on-demand production. Early professional experiences include serving as a Young Carers Coordinator at Dunraven School and roles in communications and drama facilitation. Leodora holds a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Southampton.
