Mike Wooster

Mike Wooster has extensive work experience in recruiting and military aviation. Mike started their career in the United States Navy, where they served as an avionics technician and later became an aviation electronics instructor. Mike repaired and troubleshot avionics systems on Navy's F/A-18 aircraft and supervised the squadron's avionics shop. Mike also deployed on the USS Theodore Roosevelt for operations against Kosovo. In 2005, Mike transitioned to the civilian sector and joined Orion Talent as a candidate recruiter. Mike sourced, screened, and scheduled interviews for military veteran job seekers, collaborating with hiring managers and HR managers to find top talent. Mike quickly progressed within the company and held roles such as recruiting manager, senior partner, and eventually Vice President of Recruiting. Mike'sexpertise in recruiting and military background make him a valuable asset to the organization.

Mike Wooster earned a High School Diploma in General Studies from Highlands Ranch from 1994 to 1997. Mike later obtained a BS in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Averett University from 2007 to 2009.
