Molly Moore

Molly Moore started their work experience in 2003 as a Barista/Assistant Manager at Gloria Jean's Coffees, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they also briefly worked as a Teacher Assistant at Mills Park Elementary School. From 2010 to 2012, Molly worked at Orion Talent as a Leads Generation Specialist, where they assisted with and coordinated the leads generation process for the nationwide Sales team. Molly was then promoted to Marketing Lead, a role in which they managed leads generation and provided marketing support for Sales and Recruiting teams. Molly was also selected for the Partner Mentorship Program in January 2015. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Marketing Manager, Partner at Orion Talent, acting as the second-in-command to the Marketing Director, overseeing a team of 8 and having responsibility for all aspects of leads generation and marketing support for the nationwide Sales and Recruiting teams. Currently, Molly holds the position of Director of Marketing at Orion Talent.

Molly Moore received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University between 2005 and 2009.
