Camila Jannon

Camila Jannon has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and recruitment. Camila currently works at Orium as the Senior Talent and Culture Specialist, where they lead the recruitment process for various departments and works on operational initiatives. Previously, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at RocketPower, supporting the hiring of product, design, and engineering roles for Slack. Camila also has experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Endava, where they built and led the sourcing function for Latin America and the US. Camila has worked as a tutor at JOBPONT, providing guidance in recruitment courses, and as a Recruiter at Taxia Human Capital, supporting hiring efforts for G&A and Professional Services roles. Additionally, Camila has worked as a Career Coach at CILSA and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
