Cara Tsang has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cara worked at Orium (formerly Myplanet) starting in 2013, where they held multiple roles including Associate Director, Research & Design. In this role, they led research and design projects for various clients in industries such as human resources, telecommunications, travel, consumer automotive, and non-profit organizations. Cara was responsible for creating research strategies, conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, and more. Before Orium, Cara worked at the University of Toronto where they were a Doctoral Student & Post-Doctoral Researcher from 2007 to 2013 and also worked as a Teaching Assistant / Lecturer from 2005 to 2012. Cara then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics at the University of Toronto from 2005 to 2007. Continuing their education at the same institution, Cara Tsang completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from 2007 to 2012.
