Michael Oliva

Michael Oliva currently serves as the First Vice President and Corplan Head at ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance since November 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of VP and Division Head for Financial & Business Planning at RCBC from June 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included establishing the Annual Budget Process and leading budget meetings with business groups. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Relationship Manager at EQUITABLE PCI, managing credit applications, monitoring compliance, and supervising account servicing functions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA in Banking, Corporate, and Finance from the University of the Philippines.
