Tom Pickersgill

Tom Pickersgill has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. In 2014, they were the Head of Business Development at Cobia Ltd. In 2016, they co-founded Orka Works and Orka Technology Group, where they served as the CEO. In 2020, they co-founded Orka Pay and continued to serve as the CEO. At Orka, they were on a mission to improve the way the world works by creating innovative WorkerTech that enables a workforce seeking a fast, fair, and flexible work life. At Orka Pay, they aimed to make pay flexible by allowing workers to withdraw a percentage of their pay as soon as they've worked a shift.

Tom Pickersgill attended Little Lever High School from 1999 to 2004. Tom then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Indiana Institute of Technology in 2012, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
