Jon Nilheim has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Jon started their career as an Operations Technician Service Desk at Basefarm and gradually moved up the ladder to become a Department Manager for both Operations and Implementation departments. During their tenure at Basefarm, they also served as an Interim Department Manager, Development and an Interim Project Manager, successfully leading the implementation of Basefarm's new configuration and application automation system. After leaving Basefarm, Jon joined Orange Business Services as the Head of Implementation and Development, where they led a team of 16 professionals. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Integration and Development at the Orkla Group. Throughout their career, Jon has gained expertise in process management, project management, and team leadership.
Jon Nilheim completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Development at Bond University from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a degree in Software Development and Telecommunications at Telit. In November 2016, Jon obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT.
