Kaj-Dac Tam has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kaj-Dac started their career at Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio, where they worked in business development for a brief period. Kaj-Dac then moved on to FEKIS2013, where they served as a project coordinator for the largest Business Administration Conference in Sweden.
After that, Kaj-Dac joined Lund Brand Management Group as a co-founder, which they concurrently pursued while working at Lund University. At Lund University, they obtained their Ph.D. in Brand Management and worked as a Brand Scientist.
Kaj-Dac's next venture was with Findus Sverige, where they held several positions, including Category Manager, Net Revenue Management & Business Transformation Manager, and Key Account Manager & Net Revenue Manager. In these roles, they focused on implementing net revenue management strategies, optimizing promotional investments, and building customer relationships to drive top and bottom-line growth.
Kaj-Dac'smost recent position is with Orkla Group, where they currently serve as the Head of Net Revenue Management. In this role, Kaj-Dac is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize net revenue generation. Kaj-Dac will soon transition to the role of Vice President NRM Strategy.
Kaj-Dac Tam attended Lund University from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Marketing and Brand Management. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Kaj-Dac Tam studied at Lancaster University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Studies with a focus in North America - Australasia. In 2007 and 2008, they participated in the Australasia Study Abroad Programme at Monash University to further their knowledge in Advanced Marketing.
