Ryan Zika

Ryan Zika oversees the day-to-day management of legal affairs at Orlando Health including general corporate matters, corporate transactions, patient-care and privacy, labor and employment, revenue cycle and payor arrangements, physician contracting, real estate and construction, medical affairs, litigation management, healthcare fraud and abuse, value-based care, and enterprise risk management.

Mr. Zika joined Orlando Health in 2012. He has significant expertise in legal issues affecting hospitals and health systems. He is board certified in health law by The Florida Bar and also is certified in healthcare compliance by the Healthcare Compliance Certification Association (HCCA).

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Zika currently serves on the Executive Council of the Health Law Section of The Florida Bar.
