Kaylyn Nichols is a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management, client relations, and training. Currently serving as a Renewal Specialist at NetApp since November 2022, Kaylyn has also worked as a Freelance Writer for Orlando Informer since December 2021. Prior to these roles, Kaylyn was an Account Manager at NOW Tech for nearly four years, where responsibilities included client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and customer retention, leading to a 50% increase in retention rates.
