Prior to this role, Jaison Busby held various leadership positions at DTE Energy from April 2015 to September 2024, including Information Officer for Business Relationship Management and Enterprise Innovation, focusing on enterprise innovation and IT application operations for energy-related business units. Jaison Busby's career also includes significant experience at FCA - North America, where responsibilities spanned global synergy initiatives, operational management of the Network Control Center, and server architecture planning. Jaison Busby earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and a Master of Business Administration in Technical Management from the University of Phoenix.
