Kent Kinaschuk

Kent Kinaschuk, P.Eng is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in production and operations engineering within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer at ORLEN Upstream Canada since April 2024, Kent has previously held key positions including Production Engineer at Long Run Exploration Ltd and Operations Manager at Anova Resources during a startup phase. Kent's background includes significant roles at Astra Oil Corp., National Oilwell Varco, CIMS Limited Partnership, NAL Resources, Sinopec Daylight Energy, and Encana, demonstrating a strong technical foundation in production management, project coordination, and cost estimation across various oil fields. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 1997 and 2001.
