Nadav Darf

Nadav Darf serves as an R&D Project Manager at Ormat Technologies, Inc. since June 2016, where responsibilities include defining and approving project parameters and budgets, managing interdisciplinary teams, and overseeing the product development lifecycle from conception to implementation. Nadav's role involves training engineers, conducting design reviews, performing risk analysis, and ensuring effective problem-solving. Prior to this position, Nadav worked as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in finite element analysis and system design at IAI, the Israel Aerospace Industries, from 2013 to June 2016. Nadav holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on thermal systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is currently pursuing advanced studies in PMP and Project Management Methodologies at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
