Shiva Gajadhar

Shiva Gajadhar is currently a Junior Service Support Engineer at Ormer ICT, contributing to back-office operations, streamlining procurement processes, and assisting with workplace setups in the servicedesk. Previously, Shiva completed an internship focused on service management to enhance maturity levels within the servicedesk, alongside experiences as a Project Intern at Enver, Shell, and Rijschool Carnisse, where responsibilities included functional design and process optimization. Shiva is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, with a minor in Data Engineering, and has a background in Computer Science & Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
