Yolanda Wan

Yolanda Wan has extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations. Yolanda is currently the Head of Clinical Operations at Orna Therapeutics since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Accutar Biotech from May 2021 to June 2023.

Before their role at Accutar Biotech, Yolanda worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals for several years. From March 2014 to May 2021, they served as the Director of Clinical Project Management, leading cross-functional teams and managing oncology Clinical Development projects. Yolanda also held the position of Regional Head of Study Management, Asia, from October 2012 to March 2014, overseeing various operational functions.

Yolanda's earlier experience includes roles at Biovail as a Clinical Operations Associate, Anapharm as a Supervisor of Clinical Operations, Roche as a Clinical Research Officer, PAREXEL as a Clinical Research Associate, Biovail as a Clinical Research Coordinator, and Allied Research International as a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant.

Throughout their career, Yolanda has demonstrated their expertise in clinical operations, team management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Yolanda Wan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, which they obtained from the University of Waterloo between 1998 and 2003. Yolanda later pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree from the City University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2017. Yolanda also participated in the Women Unlimited program, although the specific years are unknown.
