Nicolas Lisch has a diverse professional background, with experience in data analysis, web analytics, and business development.
Nicolas started their career as a Telemarketing representative at Geodis in 2010.
In 2011, they worked as a Marketing/Advertising assistant at Pyramyd NTCV, where they contributed to the development of graphic design programs and a magazine called Etapes.
From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Sales Assistant at Bureau Vallée and Paperchase.
In 2013, Nicolas joined TRI TRACK SN as a Business Development professional.
From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, first as a Senior Digital Analyst, where they focused on developing an understanding of visitor journeys and conducting web analytics. Later, they became the Web Analytics Manager, responsible for implementing web analytics strategies and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
In 2018, they joined MADE.COM as a Data Scientist and led the Customer Lifetime Value project, creating an acquisition strategy based on customer profit expectations. Nicolas also initiated new attribution models to optimize digital spending.
From 2019 to 2020, Nicolas served as a Senior Data Analyst at MADE.COM, focusing on modeling conversion probability and refund rates.
Between 2020 and 2022, they worked as a Datascientist with Assofinder, specializing in digital and data analytics.
Currently, Nicolas holds the role of Head of Data Operations Education at Ornikar, starting in June 2022.
Nicolas Lisch has a diverse education background. Nicolas obtained a DSSP Data Science Certification in Machine Learning from École Polytechnique in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Digital marketing and Project management from SKEMA Business School between 2013 and 2015. Nicolas also holds a Licence (BS degree) in International Economics from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) earned in 2012, and a DUT (HND) in Sales and Marketing Techniques from CY Cergy Paris Université obtained between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications such as AdWords Certification, Google Cloud Platform Qualified Data Analyst, DoubleClick Campaign Manager Fundamentals Certification, AGILE Project Management, TOEIC - 940, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ).
