Susan Duffy has over three decades of experience in human resources, taxation, and administration. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Team Lead and HR Business Partner for Payroll and Reward at Ornua since November 2000, key achievements include managing comprehensive payroll and benefit processes and successfully implementing three HRIS systems. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Taxation Assistant at Farrell Grant Sparks, where Susan managed client portfolios and ensured compliance with various taxation duties, as well as roles at Brophy Butler Thornton, Irish Life Homeloans, and Centra Foodstore. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, an Associateship from the Irish Taxation Institute, and an Accounting Technician qualification from the College of Commerce.
