Lika Matsushita

Lika Shim is an experienced accountant and entrepreneur with a strong background in financial management. Currently serving as an Accountant at Orora Packaging Solutions and as Founder & Bookkeeper at Refined Books Co., Lika has a history of performing full cycle accounting audits, preparing financial statements, and managing payroll for multiple employees. Previous experience includes a role as a GES Tax Consultant at Deloitte, where Lika successfully calculated and reconciled earnings for Fortune 500 companies while also leading process improvements that recovered over $34 million annually.
