Michelle A. Youngers

Michelle A. Youngers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle A. is currently the Principal of Youngers Acuity, LLC, a role they have held since 2017. In 2018, they joined Orphagen Pharmaceuticals as a Consultant, where they focus on the discovery and development of small molecules for drug targets.

Since 2021, Michelle has served as an Advisory Board Member for Consuli_Inc., supporting the strategic engagement of early adopters of their AI-based technology platform. Additionally, they are a Member of the San Diego Angel Conference, where they engage in angel investing and provides access to deals from different industries.

Michelle's previous experience includes roles at ScienceMedia, Inc. where they co-founded the company and served as a Director on the Board. Michelle A. also held positions as President and Chief Operating Officer, supporting the company's transition to a cloud-based SaaS solution.

Michelle A. has been actively involved in the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, where they served as an Advisory Board Member and President of the San Diego Chapter. Michelle also participated in the Mentoring Program Lead for the San Diego region.

Prior to their current roles, Michelle held finance and operations positions at Pfizer - Agouron Pharmaceuticals and Alanex Corp, where they played a significant role in the financial and operational aspects of the companies, including post-merger activities.

Michelle has also been involved with the University of California San Diego, serving on the Dean's Leadership Council for the Office of the Divisional Dean - Physical Sciences. Throughout their career, Michelle has been dedicated to driving innovation and advancing women in healthcare.

Michelle A. Youngers has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego. Michelle A. also holds additional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from the California Board of Accountancy and as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup.
