Rita Merhabskie

Rita Merhabskie has over 34 years of work experience in the procurement field. Rita began their career in 1987 as a Purchasing Manager at Continental Graphics. In 1998, they were promoted to Director of Purchasing at Kittrich Corporation. In 2019, they moved to Safran as a Sr. Procurement Officier. In 2021, they joined Northrop Grumman as a Principal Procurement Analyst. Prior to that, they were the Purchasing/Customer Care Manager at Orpix Inc. where they managed a centralized purchasing team, sourced products and raw material for over 5,000 SKUs, developed packaging, sourced printing, oversaw product development projects, replenished orders based on forecast, and managed vendors. Rita also developed and tested software, provided customer software training and troubleshooting, implemented Oracle Purchasing & Inventory Modules, trained personnel for Oracle and other new computer and telecom systems, implemented new programs for employees, managed and trained the data collection team, developed leads and cold called potential clients, processed payroll, AP, invoicing, taxes, and business licenses and annual reports. In addition, they were a recruiter and project manager for special projects.

Rita Merhabskie attended Shandon High School from 1982 to 1986 and earned a High School Diploma in General Studies.
