William Hipple

William Hipple, PHR, currently serves as the Benefits Manager & Business Partner at ORR Protection since January 2024. Prior to this role, William worked as a Human Resources Generalist at New Flyer from November 2021 to January 2024, adeptly managing HR functions for over 450 employees, including benefits administration and employee relations. Additionally, William held the position of Equal Opportunities Advisor and Unit Supervisor at the United States Department of Defense from September 2016 to November 2021, focusing on creating an inclusive work environment for over 1,800 servicemembers and overseeing training and development programs. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning with a focus on Human Resources, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Organizational Development at the University of Louisville.
