Oksana Honcharova

Oksana Honcharova is a skilled Quality Assurance professional with a comprehensive background in software testing, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at ORS Group since January 2024, where responsibilities include coordinating testing processes, managing test cases, and reporting test status to product management. Previously, Oksana worked at EPAM Systems as a Lead Software Test Engineer, overseeing testing activities and leading a QA team, and held the position of Senior Software Testing Engineer at Rozdoum and Senior QA Engineer at P2H, focusing on various testing methodologies across mobile and web applications. Oksana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Philology from Харківський гуманітарний університет «Народна українська академія».
