Mark Horobin

Mark Horobin is a highly experienced civil engineer with a strong background in major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Senior Assigned Certifier at ORS since July 2021, Mark has been involved in residential apartment developments in Dublin. Previously, Mark held the role of Principal Engineer at RPS, where involvement in the DART commuter rail expansion project for Irish Rail was a highlight. Prior engineering roles include Senior Project Engineer at O'Connor Sutton Cronin, Design Coordinator at Mott MacDonald, and Senior Engineer at Grontmij/Carl Bro, contributing to significant projects like the Dublin Port Tunnel and M50 motorway widening. Early career experience includes project representation at London Underground Ltd and participation in major schemes such as the Boston Central Artery project and the Hung Hom Bypass in Hong Kong. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey.
