Sophia Politzer

Sophia Politzer is a seasoned professional in project management and design with experience at Orsman Design, Inc. since August 2019, holding titles of Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Prior to their current role, Sophia served as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where assistance was provided in a course focused on problem-seeking through programming within the Design and Environmental Analysis department. Additionally, Sophia worked as a Daylight Analysis Specialist for Cornell University Sustainable Design, leading the daylight analysis portion of an energy audit at the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. Previous experiences include roles as a Design Research Intern for Friends of The Underline and as an Intern for both Smart City Startups Festival and Colony 1. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a high school diploma from Ransom Everglades School.
