Kristin Cornwell

Kristin Cornwell, CEBS, RPA, GBA, currently serves as the Sr. Benefits Manager at OrthoCarolina, a position held since November 2017, after previously holding the role of Benefits Manager. Kristin has extensive experience in employee benefits administration, having worked as a Benefits Administrator at Transformant Healthcare Solutions from July 2015 to November 2021, and at OrthoCarolina from November 2011 to June 2015. Prior to that, Kristin spent over 18 years at BSN Medical as the Sr. Supervisor of Employee Benefits, managing benefits for approximately 675 employees across multiple locations, and also had experience in Human Resources at Jobst. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Studies from the University of Maryland, completed in 1986.
