Nick Heller has worked in the operations and sales fields since 2010. In 2010, they began as a Purchasing Agent at Bent Glass Design, where they created purchase orders and other reports using Microsoft Word and Excel software, contacted distributors to make orders, and entered clients' orders/quotes into specialized company computer software. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Support/Administration at Maxwell Products Corp., where they entered customers' orders via fax, email, phone, and company website into specialized computer software, developed marketing concepts and documents for sales leads, and worked closely with sales team to produce and fill sales orders. Nick also worked as a POS Systems Consultant at Sicom Systems, where they managed multiple spreadsheets and performed data entry using Microsoft Excel and Google Documents, answered incoming calls and provided live customer support, and analyzed and troubleshot issues with customer POS systems over a remote connection using problem solving skills. In 2012, they were a Manager, Sales Administration at STI Pharma LLC, where they established practices for reporting sales, chargeback, and inventory data using a third party logistics provider’s CRM software, handled all administrative tasks to establish relations with new and prospective customers including bids and RFP processes, vendor setup documents, and assisted with contract phases, and completed all pricing administration including setup for direct/indirect contracts, resolution of any pricing and chargeback issues, and pricing updates. Finally, since 2017, they have been a Senior Operations Manager and Manager, Operations at OrthogenRx.
Nick Heller attended Neshaminy High School from 2000 to 2004. Nick then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Penn State University in 2008.
