Dr. Pankaj Chhatrala's work experience begins in 2010 as a Medical Intern at Shree M. P. Shah Medical College and G. G. Hospital- Jamnagar. From there, they went on to work as a Medical Intern at B. J. Medical College and Civil Hospital- Ahmedabad. In 2012, they served as a Research Intern at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, followed by a Master of Medical Science and Technology role at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at the School of International Biodesign. In 2015, Dr. Chhatrala became the Chief Executive Officer of OrthoHeal, a leading Medical Technology (Med-Tech) company specializing in orthopedic medical devices. Dr. Pankaj'smost recent position, starting in 2019, is as a Co-Founder of Alacris Medical private limited, a startup that supports researchers and innovators worldwide in product development using advanced technology.
Dr. Pankaj Chhatrala earned their MBBS degree in Medicine from Shree M P Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Medical Registration Certificate from The Gujarat Medical Council. Dr. Chhatrala then pursued a Masters in Medical Science and Technology in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2012 to 2015.
