Amy Wimmer

Amy Wimmer is a dedicated Physical Therapist at Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin since August 2020, with a background in coaching and therapy. As an Assistant Swim Coach at Walter Schroeders since August 2017, Amy instructs and provides constructive feedback to swimmers of various ages, focusing on skill improvement and fitness. During graduate studies at Concordia University-Wisconsin, Amy gained experience providing physical therapy services in rural Nicaragua and completed clinical internships in various healthcare settings, including Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and Advocate Aurora Health. With a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wittenberg University, Amy Wimmer combines a strong educational foundation with practical experience in both physical therapy and coaching.
