Mary Downey

Mary Downey is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare communication. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse at the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin since July 2020, Mary has also held roles as a Hospice Nurse at Horizon Hospice's Lawlis Family Inpatient Unit from May 2012 to May 2020 and as a Research Nurse II at The Medical College Of Wisconsin Inc. Additionally, Mary possesses a strong background in journalism, having worked as a Senior Public Relations Writer for Johnson Controls, Inc. and in various editorial positions at Palmer Publishing, Delta Communications, and The Worthington Daily Globe.
