Grant Trembly, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS, has extensive experience in physical therapy, currently serving as a Physical Therapist at Orthopaedic Specialists of North Carolina since December 2021. Prior roles include physical therapist positions at Chain Effect Physical Therapy and Performance Enhancement, Advanced and Preferred Physical Therapy, and CORA Physical Therapy. Grant Trembly also worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer at ATI Physical Therapy and served in various capacities as a Therapy Aid and Athletic Trainer at Kansas Orthopaedic Center. Education includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Southwestern College.
