Irina Barakshina

Irina Barakshina, CGSP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Orthopedic Center of Florida since May 2023, while also working as a Real Estate Agent with The Domain Group at Domain Realty since June 2020. Previous roles include Human Resources at The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, and Human Resources Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast. Irina's career began in real estate as an Administrative Assistant at Royal Shell Real Estate, followed by management training at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club. Early experiences include a Front Office Trainee position at Marriott Hotels and serving as a Human Resources Officer at M.Video. Irina holds a Master of Business Administration in International Hotel and Events Management from IMI International Management Institute Switzerland and a Bachelor of Architecture in Industrial and Civil Construction from Northern (Arctic) Federal University.
