Brett Shellhammer

As Director of Health Information Management, Brett Shellhammer is responsible for leading and directing health information management services across Orthopedic One, striving for compliance and promoting best practices and education among his team. Brett oversees areas including the electronic medical record, health and consumer informatics, and related regulatory requirements at the state and federal levels. Brett is also responsible for initiating, reviewing, negotiating, implementing, and maintaining contracts with vendors for all outsourced HIM services. He works closely with executive leadership and the information systems team to ensure that information systems support the current and future needs of the department and organization.
