Marshall D. Banks

Marshall D. Banks, II has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Marshall D. most recently served as the Director of Operations / Executive PMO at OrthoVirginia, the largest provider of orthopaedic and therapy care in Virginia. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Advisor/Consultant at KC3 Consulting, LLC, where they provided guidance on networking with government agencies and securing new business in Virginia. Marshall also held several positions at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center Health Plan Division, including Senior Manager of Information Systems, Program Director of Virginia Coordinated Care, and Senior Manager, Member Operations / Systems Analyst at Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc. In these roles, they managed teams and projects, oversaw corporate operations, and developed expertise in enterprise applications and systems.

Marshall D. Banks, II has pursued an Executive Masters of Science (M.S.) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. Marshall D. also has received Executive Education in Project Management from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Marshall holds a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Virginia Tech. Marshall D. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management/Information Systems from Tusculum University. Additionally, they completed Advanced Studies at Benedictine High School.
