Stephanie Hawks

Stephanie Hawks is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at OrthoVirginia since January 2011, Stephanie has held multiple titles, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Prior to OrthoVirginia, Stephanie was the Director of Human Resources at Advanced Orthopaedics, which merged with OrthoVirginia. Experience also includes serving as Director and Human Resource Consultant for PrecisionIR from February 2006 to January 2011, managing HR functions across multiple countries, and previously holding roles such as Human Resource Manager-North America and Systems and Office Manager at PrecisionIR Group. Earlier career experience includes supporting underwriting operations at PMA Insurance Group from December 1989 to February 1994.
