Elaine Castro

Elaine Castro has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Elaine started their career as a Senior Sales Manager at Nuvo Sales Inc., where they were responsible for managing sales operations. Elaine then joined Robinsons Land Corporation as a Senior Area Manager, where they successfully established international marketing partners and expanded their network globally.

In 2016, Elaine joined Megaworld Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. as a Sales Director and Division Head. During their tenure, they achieved remarkable success in leading their team of Sales Managers and Property Specialists. Elaine implemented an efficient training and management system, resulting in exceeding sales quotas and achieving total local sales of Php 865M in just 8 months. Their outstanding performance earned their the Top Sales Division Award in 2017.

Following their role at Megaworld, Elaine joined Robinsons Land - International Marketing as a Group Area Manager. Here, they were responsible for managing a team of Area Managers deployed worldwide. Elaine utilized their personal experience and leadership skills to train and mold their team, surpassing performance targets and expanding their own network of marketing partners in North America, Europe, and China.

In 2022, Elaine became the President of Silverbullet Transport Service, where they currently serve. Elaine holds the position of Sales Director at Ortigas Land Corporation, beginning in 2023.
