Myka Ross

Myka Ross, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Ortonville Area Health Services since May 2023. Previously, Myka held various roles at DailyPay, Inc., including People Operations Business Partner and Junior People Operations Business Partner, from March 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience also includes serving as HRD Supervisor at Ozarks Community Hospital from April 2018 to May 2022, where Myka led training and development initiatives for a team of over 600. Myka's career began at Fossil Group, Inc. as a Store Manager, developing recruitment strategies and onboarding practices from April 2016 to November 2017. Myka holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Pittsburg State University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution (2011-2015).
