Landon Hafen's work experience begins in 2012 as a Package Designer for Unilever, where they collaborated with the company to redesign their Dove Men line. In 2015, they worked as an Industrial Designer for Poltrona Frau Group, designing accessories made from scrap leather. In 2016, they took on roles as an Industrial Designer for Viemeister Industries and Thinc Design, followed by a brief stint as an Industrial Designer for AERIN. In 2017, they joined Christian Louboutin as a Visual Merchandising Designer and Coordinator, creating technical files and 3D renders. Later that same year, they worked as an Interior Designer for Restoration Hardware. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., first as a Senior Designer in Global Visual Merchandising and then as a Manager of Visual Merchandising for Clinique North America. In 2023, they joined Orveon Global as a Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising and Store Design for Laura Mercier, where they supported campaign launches and adapted designs for US-specific needs.
