Abz Mumin

Abz Mumin is an experienced customer support professional with a strong background in billing operations and retail management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Officer at Orwell Housing Association since November 2019, Abz previously held the role of Billing Operations Manager at Flow Energy UK, where responsibilities included managing billing issues and daily statistics reporting. Abz's earlier experience includes serving as Customer Account Manager at Flow Energy UK, as well as Assistant Store Manager and Store Supervisor at Poundland & Dealz, where skills in customer service and store management were developed. Abz holds a BTEC Level 3 Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from Suffolk New College and has a solid educational foundation from Northgate High School and St Helens Primary School.
