Sonia Foster

Sonia Foster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT support, software development, and leadership roles. Currently serving as an L&D Administrator at Orwell Housing Association since June 2022, Sonia previously held positions such as Application Support Team Lead at BUUK Infrastructure, where leadership skills were utilized to establish a new team for internal software support.
