Hai Tran is an experienced professional in payroll operations and management with a strong background in APAC payroll outsourcing. Currently serving as Payroll Operations Manager and AVP at OS HRS since August 2023, Hai Tran focuses on payroll transformation, optimization, and team management. Previous roles include Senior Payroll Analyst at Air Liquide, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end payroll across multiple countries and participation in HR transformation projects, and various positions at OS HRS Sdn Bhd, including Assistant Payroll Manager and Team Leader, where management of payroll teams and service delivery were key functions. Hai Tran began a career as a Consultant at Sutherland Global Service, providing customer service support for the Vietnam market.
