Laura Ruppert

Laura Ruppert started their work experience as a Summer Intern at WSDOT - Aberdeen Office in 1999. From 2002 to 2009, they worked as a Water Resources PE and Associate at Otak, Inc. In 2010, they became the Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Osborn Consulting, Inc. In this role, Laura oversees scheduling of project tasks for a team of over 17 technical staff and provides contract, client, and staff management to ensure the successful completion of all commitments.

Laura Ruppert completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
