Robert Parish Pe

Robert Parish, PE has over 20 years of work experience in civil engineering and project management. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President & Water Resources Group Lead at Osborn Consulting since 2012. In this role, they oversee a team of engineers and provides quality assurance and quality control for projects related to drainage, utilities, site and road design, modeling, and habitat restoration.

Prior to joining Osborn Consulting, Robert worked at SvR Design Company as a Civil Engineer from 2004 to 2011. During their time there, they successfully led integrated multidisciplinary design teams, managed and permitted various projects for local public and private agencies.

Before that, Robert worked at PACLAND as a Project Engineer from 2001 to 2004. Robert was responsible for the concept development, civil engineering design, entitlement, permitting, and construction support for large commercial retail projects across multiple states.

Their career started at Gilbert Engineering in 1998, where they served as a Civil Engineer. Here, they handled all aspects of civil engineering projects, including proposal and bid, design, and development of construction drawings for various projects like housing, apartments, office buildings, roads, subdivisions, and industrial facilities.

Robert Parish, PE completed their education from 1993 to 1998 at Rutgers University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors. Their field of study included Civil Engineering and Economics.
