Riccardo Roversi

Riccardo’s career with Osborne Clarke has taken him all the way from his law degree, to his current position as Managing Partner and Head of our Milan Office.

An expert in corporate and commercial law, Riccardo is one of the many reasons a number of Osborne Clarke’s most long-standing clients return to the firm for its services time and again.

With an uncanny ability to predict and uncover emerging industry trends, his own knowledge is backed by a deep bench of talent across his Milan team. His own wide-ranging corporate practice covers both transactional and advisory work, and he regularly advises on domestic and cross-border M&A work, growth and venture transactions, acting for institutions, management teams and corporates.

As well as a member of Osborne Clarke’s International board, Riccardo is also Co-Founder and Chairman of #findtheorangeonlus, the Italian charity project which supports talented students engaged in scientific research.
